The Royal Flying Doctor Service South Eastern Section (RFDSSE) is seeking a passionate Virtual Diabetes Educator to join the Keeping Healthy Puura Manti Program (KHPMP). You will provide evidence-based diabetes education and chronic disease management support through telehealth and digitally enabled care across Far West NSW.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will deliver person-centred care, develop care plans, and facilitate virtual education sessions with Aboriginal and remote
