Job Description

Peoplebank seeks a motivated Help Desk Support professional to provide Level 1 IT support in a Microsoft workplace, onsite at Craigieburn, VIC. This 5-week contract offers a rotating day and night shift roster and immediate start.

You will assist with troubleshooting, cabling organisation, stock control, and documentation of issues and solutions, contributing to a cooperative onsite IT team.
