Contract Resources is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our South-West Fleet Maintenance operations from the Kwinana facility. The role oversees maintenance, workshops, asset reliability, compliance and team leadership across the West Coast region.

The position requires hands-on technical leadership, commercial awareness and a commitment to continuous improvement, supplier relationships and safety performance in a agile industrial setting.
