Love Desktop Support? We want someone who enjoys what they do

We're looking for a Senior Desktop Support Analyst who's been working in desktop support for a number of years, knows their stuff and, most importantly, genuinely loves what they do.

This isn't about finding someone who sees desktop support as a stepping stone into something else. We're looking for someone who enjoys being hands-on, solving technical problems, helping people and being the go-to person when things aren't working.

You'll be joining a busy enterprise environment where no two days are quite the same. You'll be supporting a broad range of users, including senior executives and VIP stakeholders, so being approachable, skilled and great with people is just as important as your technical ability.

What we're looking for:

- Solid experience in Level 2 Desktop Support, with strong hands-on troubleshooting skills.
- Confident supporting Windows environments, Microsoft 365, hardware, software and mobile devices.
- Experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems within an ITIL environment.




- Someone who can take ownership of technical issues and see them through to resolution.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate with people at all levels.
- Someone who's comfortable working independently but also enjoys being part of a team and sharing their knowledge.
- A proactive problem-solver who takes pride in doing a great job.

The right personality is just as important as the technical skills.

We want someone who's reliable, down-to-earth, enjoys building relationships with users and gets real satisfaction from fixing problems. Someone who's been doing desktop support for a while, is confident in their abilities and genuinely enjoys this type of work.
