SMEC is seeking an Associate Engineer – Roads & Highways in Townsville to lead road/highway design projects from concept through to completion. You will guide multidisciplinary teams and manage scope, programme, quality and commercial outcomes.

You will mentor engineers, build trusted client relationships and contribute to business development while advancing the Roads & Highways practice in a agile, flexible environment.
