Charters Towers Health Service is seeking a Nurse Unit Manager to provide advanced leadership for nursing services in inpatient and emergency settings. You will work with the Clinical Nurse Consultant to guide governance, quality improvement, workforce capability and professional practice standards.

The role focuses on protected, high-quality, evidence-based, person-centered care, resource management and fostering a culture of safety, learning and clinical supervision for staff development.
