Pullman East Melbourne is seeking a Full time Chef de Partie to join our premium kitchen team. You will craft high-quality dishes, support a busy service, and contribute to memorable dining experiences for guests at a luxury Melbourne hotel.

You will lead a section, mentor junior kitchen staff, and collaborate with the Executive team to maintain HACCP compliance, freshness, and exceptional quality across all menus. A rotating roster across shifts is expected.
