FBA Care Pty Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Specialist to join our team in Tottenham, Victoria. You will deliver behaviour support in the community, develop Positive Behaviour Support Plans (PBSPs) and train support staff to deliver person-centred care.

You will conduct assessments, analyse behaviours, and support implementation of strategies for NDIS participants. The role requires a Core Practitioner and an NDIS Behavior Support Practitioner ID, with a focus on professionalism
