Chandler Macleod Group is seeking an experienced Enterprise Workforce Planning Analyst to support workforce planning with high-quality data analysis, reporting and forecasting. You will manage and analyse workforce, financial and operational data to identify trends, gaps and costs while translating complex information into explicit insights for senior leaders.

You will contribute to workforce forecasting and scenario modelling, working with stakeholders across the agency to support enterprise
