Job Description

YMCA Victoria is seeking a Duty Manager for Warragul Leisure Centre for the summer season. The role carries delegated authority of the Centre Manager and requires knowledge of centre programs and services, plus leadership of on-shift operations.

The position is casual with an hourly rate up to $42.35 plus superannuation and YMCA perks, and requires Lifeguard Certificate, CPR, and First Aid qualifications along with strong interpersonal skills and a safety focus.
