Recovery Partners Australia is seeking a motivated Rehabilitation Consultant in Western Australia. You will work 1:1 with clients to support their recovery and return to work, delivering services including case management, injury triage, and pre-employment medicals.
Your day-to-day includes rehabilitation case management, functional and worksite assessments, ADL and job task analyses, and collaboration with employers and health professionals to achieve positive outcomes for clients.
