Lifeline Australia is seeking an In-Shift Support – Digital – Remote to coordinate and support crisis supporters on a 24/7 roster within our digital services. The role focuses on real-time guidance, debriefing after challenging interactions, and ensuring safety through emergency reporting.
You will work remotely with a team across the Lifeline network. The position requires prior crisis support experience, training commitments (LLA, coaching, ISS), and capability with MS Office and MS Teams.
