Right at Home is seeking a Registered Nurse (Clinical Care Partner) to lead clinical care across Support at Home, NDIS, Private Services and brokerage clients in the community. The role combines hands‐on nursing with clinical leadership, governance, quality assurance, and staff mentoring to improve client outcomes.

Applicants must be an AHPRA-registered RN with at least 3 years post‐registration experience, a valid National Police Check, First Aid/CPR, a current Australian driver's licence, and
