Sandmere Care Home in Margate is seeking a proven Home Manager to lead its 68-bed site, drive occupancy growth and maintain high care standards. You will be responsible for governance, budgets and workforce planning, while building a strong local sales and marketing presence to attract self-funding residents.

You should have a track record of commissioning and achieving Positive or Outstanding CQC ratings, plus experience in premium care and the self-funding market.
