Bloomreach is expanding its APAC Customer Success team and seeks a Senior Customer Success Manager with hands-on experience in ecommerce Search & Merchandising. You will manage enterprise clients, drive adoption, and deliver measurable ROI across the APAC region.
You will work directly inside the Bloomreach Search & Merchandising platform, coordinating with Sales and Technical teams to maximize value, renewal, and expansion opportunities while supporting Marketing Automation accounts when needed.
