Talent International is currently recruiting a Customer Service Agent to work for the NSW Government, based in Parramatta. This 4-month contract comes with a view to extension and pays AU$37.50 per hour plus Super.
The role involves 7.5 hours a day (37.5 hours/week) with adaptable/hybrid working options. You will assess customer eligibility for government assistance, communicate with customers by phone and email, and liaise with energy retailers to coordinate support.
