Genesis Health + Fitness Lawnton is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead member experiences and day-to-day club operations. This part time role, Monday–Friday, sits within a dynamic team, focused on delivering outstanding service and supporting the growth of the club.

You will drive member retention, coordinate front-desk and admin tasks, monitor feedback, and collaborate with the Club Manager to maintain high standards across facilities.
