Job Description

Aussie Broadband is seeking a Residential Activations Team Leader for a 12-month secondment based in our Dandenong South office. The role leads a team of Residential Activations Consultants, delivering timely activation support and ensuring high service standards.

You will coach and develop the team, monitor KPIs, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement to deliver exceptional customer outcomes in a rapid-paced telco environment.
