* Varied, hands-on work across a wide range of vehicles and plant equipmentWhat you'll be doing* Supervise, plan and coordinate fleet preventative maintenance, repairs and workshop resources to meet time, cost, quality, safety and environmental targets.
* Manage rosters and resource allocation and provide direction and feedback on workshop performance.
* Conduct shifts pre-starts covering safety, daily work schedules and other relevant business.
* Assist with complex mechanical and hydraulic problem-solving.
* Coordinate mechanical services with internal and external clients to ensure efficient delivery.
* Coordinate breakdown repairs and recovery as required.What you'll bring* Qualified Diesel Mechanic, Heavy Vehicle




* Proven experience supervising mechanical teams in a workshop or fleet environment
* Strong experience in the maintenance and repair of trucks, forklifts and plant equipment
* Excellent communication, diagnostic and problem-solving skills
* HR driver license is required
