What You'll Bring
- Proven capability running multiple concurrent commercial fit?out/construction projects with limited senior oversight
- A genuine track record of mentoring and developing CAs/PMs
- Hands?on ownership of procurement and subcontractor engagement end?to?end
- Comfort working with, and improving, remote/offshore support structures
- Experience in owner?operator environments preferred - someone who thrives in quick?paced, direct communication settings
