About the Role

The role will proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues impacting staff productivity, including Microsoft 365 application stability, user profile management, authentication services, Cloud technologies, endpoint performance and Citrix performance and reliability. Working closely with managed service providers, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders, the position will drive root cause analysis, service improvements, and technology optimisation initiatives to enhance the overall digital employee experience.
