Creative Marketing Generalist
- The Little Marrionette You’ll be the creative engine behind The Little Marionette, a Sydney specialty coffee roaster with a growing family of coffee and hospitality brands, including DAWN Baked Goods. No two days look the same. You might photograph a new single origin in the morning, cut a Reel before lunch, design a coffee bag label in the afternoon, then build an EDM and plan next month's content before home time. You’ll own the look, voice and personality of every brand and make sure each one feels distinct and unmistakably itself. We’re a small, fast moving team of roasters, baristas, bakers and café owners who genuinely care about great product. What you’ll do Lead the look, voice and personality of The Little Marionette, DAWN and our venue brands Design social assets, menus, posters, signage, packaging, labels and wholesale collateral Shoot and edit photo and video, and run social across multiple accounts Build Klaviyo campaigns and automations Keep our Shopify sites fresh, tidy and tempting Take campaigns from concept to launch, from seasonal coffee releases to collabs, events and café activations Create print ready artwork and work with printers and suppliers Help our wholesale partners shine with shared branded content Muck in when needed, whether that’s answering phones,



entering wholesale orders in Ordermentum or helping the crew pack coffee About you 2+ years in a marketing, brand, content or creative role (in house, agency or hospitality) A portfolio that shows real range across design, photography, video and social Robust in Illustrator and Photoshop, and comfortable in InDesign, Lightroom, Canva and CapCut Sharp copywriting and a good eye for detail Experience with Shopify and Klaviyo, or similar platforms A solid understanding of print production Able to juggle multiple brands and deadlines without dropping the ball Confident taking a project from idea to finished product on your own You know great creative should also drive engagement and sales Why you’ll love it More of the world's best coffee than you can drink Real creative ownership, with your work out in the world every single day Variety, so no two weeks are the same A close crew who care about doing things properly VREC Promise VREC is committed to creating equal opportunities.
