Job Description
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced ESG professional to join a growing financial services organisation, taking ownership of a broad mandate spanning responsible investment, ESG analysis, reporting and governance. /n Working closely with investment professionals and senior stakeholders, you'll play an important role in strengthening ESG capabilities across investment activities and broader business operations. The Opportunity /n This role offers the opportunity to combine hands-on ESG analysis with investment manager oversight and practical advisory responsibilities. /n

Key responsibilities
include: /n /n
- Supporting ESG due diligence and ongoing oversight of investment managers and strategies /n
- Analysing portfolio-level ESG exposures, including carbon metrics, climate indicators, controversies and investment risks /n
- Managing and enhancing ESG data, reporting systems and analytical frameworks /n
- Providing ESG guidance to investment professionals and supporting responsible investment initiatives /n
- Reviewing investment manager ESG policies, processes and reporting against stated investment approaches /n
- Supporting corporate ESG obligations, including sustainability reporting, modern slavery and regulatory requirements /n
- Working with Legal, Risk and Compliance teams on ESG governance, disclosures and greenwashing considerations /n /n About You /n You are an ESG or responsible investment professional with strong analytical capability,



commercial judgement and an interest in financial markets. /n You will ideally bring: /n /n
- Experience in ESG research, responsible investment, investment consulting, asset management or financial services /n
- Robust understanding of ESG data, investment reporting and analytical methodologies /n
- Knowledge of listed equities and how ESG considerations influence investment risk and portfolio construction /n
- Exposure to investment manager due diligence, ESG reporting or responsible investment frameworks /n
- An understanding of ESG-related regulatory obligations, sustainability disclosures and greenwashing risk /n
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the confidence to work across investment and corporate teams /n /n Importantly, you'll bring a proactive and adaptable approach, with the ambition to take ownership and help develop ESG capabilities as the group grows.
