This role will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical delivery, ensuring the system is designed, integrated, and validated effectively. Duties of the role:
- Validate and refine high-level business requirements into functional/system detail.
- Translate requirements into functional specifications, integration designs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Map system workflows, role-based actions, and compliance checkpoints.
- Define and validate integration points with existing systems (SaaS/API).
- Prepare and execute UAT scripts, ensuring functionality aligns with business needs.
- Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, IT teams, and vendor partners. Skillset and experience required:
- Proven experience as a Functional Analyst / Systems Analyst on enterprise IT projects.
- Hands-on experience implementing a Contractor Management System (CMS).
- Strong knowledge of SaaS platforms and API-based integrations.
- Skilled in process mapping, gap analysis, and functional documentation.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work across multiple stakeholders. Why apply:
