- APAC to lead contract negotiations and governance across Asia Pacific. You will manage a regional team, guide stakeholders on contract terms, and drive risk-aware commercial decisions for a broad project portfolio. You will oversee T&Cs;, contract input into tender processes, and develop JV and partnering agreements while championing CLM improvements and the use of AI tools to enhance efficiency.
