Uniting is seeking a Clinical Team Leader for the HASI Plus program in Carlingford. You will provide clinical leadership to a multidisciplinary team delivering recovery‑oriented support for people with complex mental health needs, with on-call duties monthly and a 76‑hour fortnightly schedule. You will drive risk assessment, care planning and case reviews, while mentoring staff and building partnerships to ensure protected, person‑centred and community‑based outcomes.
