supportive and cooperative environment where you’ll work alongside clinicians who are passionate about providing safe, respectful and high‑quality care. Our maternity and women’s health services include:

About the role
As a Registered Midwife at CGH, you’ll have the opportunity to support women and families throughout their maternity journey and make a meaningful difference at some of the most important moments in their lives. You will provide safe, evidence-based and individualised midwifery care, working in partnership with women, their families and carers. Your role will include:
- Providing high‑quality, woman‑centred midwifery care.
- Developing, implementing and evaluating individualised plans of care.
- Building respectful and trusting relationships with women, families and colleagues.
- Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Promoting safety,



quality and positive outcomes for women and babies.
- Contributing to continuous improvement and the ongoing development of midwifery practice.
