This is a permanent full-time position on a 2:1 FIFO roster from Perth, working 12-hour shifts across both day and night operations. This is a permanent full-time position on a 2:1 FIFO roster from Perth, working 12-hour shifts across both day and night operations. The Opportunity As a Line Chef, you will work as part of a high-performing kitchen team preparing and serving meals for a large FIFO workforce. You will be responsible for maintaining quality, consistency and presentation across all meals while working safely and efficiently in a fast-paced camp environment. Your roster will include one week of day shift followed by one week of night shift, providing variety across your swing. This is a new kitchen and a new team,



giving you the opportunity to be part of establishing strong standards, processes and culture from the outset. What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing and cooking meals to a high standard and in line with established menus and recipes
- Working across breakfast, lunch and dinner services in a high-volume camp kitchen
- Maintaining food quality, presentation and consistency
- Following food safety, hygiene and HACCP requirements
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe kitchen environment
- Working collaboratively with Chefs and kitchen staff to deliver meals efficiently
- Supporting the broader kitchen operation as required
- Contributing to a positive team environment and maintaining high standards across the kitchen What's On Offer

You will be a team player with a strong work ethic, positive communication skills and the ability to maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.



To be successful, you will have:
- Previous FIFO camp catering experience (Essential)
- A Chef qualification obtained from an Australian institute
- Experience working in a high-volume commercial kitchen
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene requirements
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A current C Class driver's licence
