This role is build-it-yourself, shaping culture, systems, guest experience and commercial performance. You will lead tastings, tours, retail and events, recruit and train staff, drive visitation and revenue, and collaborate with marketing and tourism partners to position the brand as premium and distinctive in the growing agave category.
