Job Description
Design and Build are partnered with a Civil and Landscape leading contractor and we are searching for a Landscape Project Manager. /n /n /nYou will oversee the delivery of landscape projects across a metropolitan region. This role is responsible for managing projects from planning through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard./n /n /n

Key Responsibilities
/n /n
- Manage end-to-end delivery of landscape projects /n
- Plan works, monitor progress, and drive project performance /n
- Coordinate procurement of materials, subcontractors, and resources /n
- Administer contracts, variations, extensions of time, and documentation /n
- Monitor budgets, costs, and financial performance /n
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors /n
- Lead project meetings and ensure explicit stakeholder communication /n
- Identify and resolve risks, delays,



and inefficiencies /n Requirements /n /n
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in landscaping or related construction fields /n
- Relevant qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Landscape Construction /n
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and contract administration /n
- Experience managing budgets, programs, subcontractors, and project risks /n
- Ability to interpret drawings and specifications /n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills /n
- Understanding of WHS, environmental, and quality systems /n
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities /n
