- Salary range of $135K
- $162K (depending on experience) + up to 15% bonuses

- Manage a reduced portfolio of complex or sensitive claims (some as low as 20 claims)
- Conduct file reviews on assessed claims for payment approvals
- Provide strategy advice and coaching/mentoring to claims consultants




- Be involved in projects and change management. What You’ll Bring You’re someone who combines technical capability with solid emotional intelligence.
- Proven experience managing & assessing Retail and/or Group life insurance claims(income protection and/or TPD)
- Strong understanding of policy interpretation and claims philosophy
- Excellent stakeholder management skills (advisers, reinsurers, medical professionals)
- Experience coaching, mentoring, file reviews and supporting others with technical queries We are also working on number of other life insurance claims roles in group and retail with 4 other insurers
