All College staff lead these values so that our students share in our purpose and vision. As we move to introduce the senior years at the College, we are looking for positive, dynamic, and hardworking professionals who want to help us continue to build an amazing school. And this goes beyond the confines of the classroom; we are expanding our exciting programs that enable our students to excel in whatever their passions might be. Successful candidates will have a "can do" attitude, and they will relish opportunities for collaboration and working in strong teams. They encourage their students to embrace challenge, and they will thrive in a growing community that is passionate about the future. All members of staff at our school are well-supported by a rigorous Professional Growth program, providing opportunities for development,
leadership, and personal endeavour. They enjoy strong social bonds and working in an environment where their expertise is celebrated and shared with their colleagues.
