* Respond promptly and accurately to customer enquiries about account status
* Develop and maintain robust relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders
* Assist customer service teams with resolving account disputes
* Prepare and update stop service lists and related data
* Engage directly with customers to process outstanding invoices and meet KPI targets
* Work closely with colleagues and leadership to reduce aged debt and minimize financial riskSkills and Experience* Proven experience in high-volume B2B collections, with strong reconciliation abilities
* A customer-first mindset and the ability to build trust and rapport
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills




* Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a sense of urgency
