you will drive complex and high-value transactions while mentoring a talented team of junior lawyers. This role spans a diverse practice mix, including:
- Property law – acting on major acquisitions, developments, leasing, and sales
- Commercial contracts – drafting and negotiating shareholder agreements, joint ventures, and supplier arrangements
- Business advisory – advising SMEs and corporates on asset protection and business structuring
- Mergers & acquisitions – managing transactions including due diligence and deal structuring
