An established organisation is looking to add a Management Accountant to its finance team. This is a outstanding opportunity for an accountant who enjoys working with numbers, understanding business performance and turning financial information into meaningful insights. The role would suit an Assistant Accountant of Financial Accountant ready to step up or an accountant looking to broaden their experience beyond traditional month-end responsibilities. You'll gain experience in reporting, forecasting and cost analysis while working closely with stakeholders across the business. This role would be positioned within a collaborative team environment, offers a work from home model and will give you the opportunity to develop your technical skills, and build a long-term career in management accounting. The Role You'll play an important part in the day-to-day finance function, supporting reporting and analysis while helping the business understand its financial performance.

Key responsibilities
- Assist with month-end close, including reconciliations, journals and accruals.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and provide insights into business performance.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Maintain reporting dashboards and assist with data analysis, including Power BI.
- Review project costs, investigate variances and highlight areas for improvement.
- Assist with audit requirements and other finance-related projects.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and financial efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide accurate and timely financial information. About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
- At least 3 years' experience in accounting, ideally with exposure to month-end and management reporting.
- A degree in Accounting,



Finance, Commerce or a related discipline.
- CA/CPA qualification or currently working towards it.
- Experience with reconciliations, accruals and financial reporting.
- Some exposure to budgeting, forecasting or variance analysis, with an interest in developing these skills.
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with financial systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with stakeholders.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and take ownership of your work. What's on Offer?
