- Multiple Positions Available /n /n /n /n We're partnering with a leading consulting organisation delivering a major data transformation program for a prominent banking client and are seeking multiple Ab Initio Engineers with strong Kafka and streaming expertise./n /n /n /n /n /n This is an excellent opportunity to work on enterprise-scale data platforms, real-time event streaming solutions, and modern integration architectures within a complex banking setting./n /n /n /n /n The Role/n /n /n As an Ab Initio Engineer, you'll play a key role in designing, building, and supporting high-volume data integration and streaming solutions. Working alongside architects, data engineers, and business stakeholders, you'll help deliver scalable, resilient, and performant data pipelines that underpin critical business capabilities./n /n /n /n /n

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop Ab Initio-based data integration solutions. /n
- Build and support real-time streaming and event-driven architectures. /n
- Develop and optimise Kafka-based data pipelines and messaging solutions. /n
- Design, build, and support large-scale ETL and data transformation processes. /n
- Collaborate with architects, engineering teams, and client stakeholders. /n




- Troubleshoot and resolve performance, scalability, and data quality issues. /n
- Contribute to solution design, technical documentation, and best practices. /n
- Support delivery within Agile project environments. /n /n /n Skills & Experience/n /n /n We're looking for professionals with:/n /n /n /n
- Strong commercial experience developing with Ab Initio. /n
- Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka and streaming technologies. /n
- Experience building real-time data integration solutions. /n
- Strong understanding of enterprise data architectures and ETL frameworks. /n
- Experience working within large-scale enterprise environments. /n
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. /n
