About the Role
We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic full-time Fleet Coordinator to join our team, working from our Smithfield location. The salary package for this role is a base salary of $100,000 + company vehicle + super. As a Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting our locations by maintaining, coordinating, and managing the administrative functions related to our fleet within the state. This role requires a proactive individual who is eager to learn, open to growth, and has a positive attitude. An interest or background in working with cars or vehicles is highly desirable. This role is responsible for:
- Assisting the state manager with the sale of vehicles.
- Coordinating the preparation of new vehicles for rent.
- Ensure all administrative functions relating to the fleet are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Monitor and manage the cost of items related to vehicle servicing and repairs.
- Comply with company policies and procedures,



including work health and safety regulations.
- Ensure all vehicles are maintained and presented to the highest standards.
- Develop and maintain close liaison with key stakeholders, including customers and suppliers. Skills and experience
- A current driver's license is required.
- Superior organisational and time management skills.
- Able to learn and adapt to complex computer systems and comprehensive knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of vehicle parts and service consumables.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive and adaptable to respond to ad hoc requests and unexpected situations.
