About the Role
/n Reporting to the Sales Administrator Team Leader, you’ll coordinate customer orders from receipt through to fulfilment, delivery and invoicing while ensuring customers receive accurate and timely information throughout the process. /n /n Your responsibilities will include: /n /n
- Processing customer sales, service and project orders accurately using JDE. /n
- Coordinating customer orders from entry through to fulfilment, dispatch and invoicing. /n




- Liaising with customers regarding order status, lead times, product availability and delivery requirements. /n
- Monitoring stock levels and coordinating supply requirements to support customer commitments. /n
- Raising and managing purchase orders with local, interstate and international suppliers. /n
- Working closely with Sales, Warehouse, Supply Chain, Service and Production teams to ensure customer expectations are met. /n
- Preparing work orders, pick slips, delivery documentation and invoices. /n
- Identifying and resolving potential supply, production or delivery issues before they impact customers. /n
- Maintaining accurate ERP records and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. /n
- Assisting with customer enquiries, quotations and general sales support activities. /n /n About You /n You are a highly organised and proactive professional who thrives in a busy operational environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service and accurate administration. /n Ideally, you will have: /n /n
- Experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, Internal Sales, Order Management or a similar role. /n
- Experience within manufacturing, mining, industrial, engineering or supply chain environments. /n
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills. /n




- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. /n
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. /n
- Experience using ERP systems such as JDE, SAP, Pronto, Oracle or similar. /n
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook and Teams. /n
- A customer-focused, solutions-driven mindset. /n
