Three Blue Ducks Burradoo is seeking an experienced Cook/Chef for a permanent full-time role. You will lead a team, design menus, manage food costs, and ensure excellence in dish quality from prep to plate. As a senior kitchen skilled, you will mentor staff, uphold hygiene standards, and coordinate with front-of-house. A Trade certificate in Commercial Cookery (Cert IV Kitchen Management preferred) or a Diploma in Hospitality Management is required, with 2–3 years of managerial experience
