As a Registered Nurse at Carinity - Shalom(Rockhampton), you'll provide compassionate,person-centred care to residents while supporting and guiding ateam of Personal Carers and Enrolled Nurses.

You'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationshipswith residents and families while playing a key role in helpingolder Australians live with dignity, comfort and respect.

In this role, you'll:

- Deliver high-quality clinical and holistic care toresidents
- Support and mentor Personal Carers and Enrolled Nurses
- Contribute to care planning and multidisciplinary teamdiscussions
- Administer medications and manage clinicaldocumentation




- Ensure compliance with aged care standards andbest-practice care
- Foster positive relationships with residents, families andcolleagues
- Help create a warm, welcoming and inclusiveenvironment

About you

You may be a parent returning to the workforce, looking to reduceyour hours, or seeking a role that offers better balance whilestill using your clinical skills and experience.

We'll value:

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum two years' recent nursing experience
- Demonstrated clinical competence within aged care
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A genuine passion for caring for older people
