Around 70% of your time will be spent where great sales leaders create value: coaching your team, building customer partnerships, identifying growth opportunities and strengthening PPG's position across the market. How you'll make an impact In your first few months, you'll focus on building solid relationships with customers, stores and internal stakeholders, understanding the opportunities across the territory, and assessing team capability. Over time, success will be measured through market share growth, deeper strategic customer partnerships, stronger team performance and creating a disciplined, high-performing sales culture. You’ll:
- Lead,



coach and develop a team of sales professionals across FNQ and NT
- Drive profitable sales growth, customer engagement and market share
- Build strategic relationships with trade customers, builders, contractors and dealer networks
- Identify opportunities to grow key accounts and expand customer partnerships
- Strengthen pipeline management, forecasting and CRM effectivenessCreate a culture of accountability, ownership and continuous improvement
- Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain and Customer Service to deliver exceptional customer outcomes You’ll thrive here if you
