Key Responsibilities
- Manage the shared accounts inbox, where invoices are received and sent
- Process key supplier invoices daily so they're paid within short payment terms
- Follow up on missing invoices and supporting documents
- Respond to vendor enquiries promptly and professionally
- Recharge third-party transactions to customers
- Review and reconcile intercompany invoices each week
- Support the wider finance team with general enquiries and ad-hoc tasks

- Proven experience in a Finance Officer or Accounts Officer role
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end accounts processes
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities effectively
- Strong communication skills and professional manner
