You’ll join a supportive team led by an Aboriginal Service Manager, working alongside experienced clinicians, cultural mentors and fellow trainees who are committed to helping you learn and grow.

Through comprehensive orientation, ongoing clinical and cultural supervision, and mentoring, you’ll build your skills, confidence and cultural practice. The Gayaa Dhuwi (Proud Spirit) framework supports reflection and professional development, with four hours of paid leave each month for supervision,

which can be banked as 12 hours every three months.

You’ll also have opportunities to attend Aboriginal mental health forums, strengthen community connections and learn from experienced professionals.
