Your main responsibilities will include developing and maintaining solid relationships with existing customers, following up new enquiries and generating new sales opportunities, preparing quotes and following up on quotations, understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable products, communicating with customers by phone, email and in person, following up leads and converting enquiries into sales, working closely with the warehouse and management team to ensure orders are handled smoothly, keeping up to date with stock availability and pricing, and supporting customers with their current and upcoming projects.

Confident and friendly with good communication skills

Motivated and enjoys working towards sales targets

Reliable, organised and proactive

Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and in person

Able to build strong and long-term customer relationships

Able to work independently as well as part of a team

Scaffolding or construction industry experience is highly regarded
