Dean & Ling Executive is partnering with a founder-led energy business to appoint a General Counsel in Melbourne. The role spans energy contracts, disputes, governance and regulatory matters, with responsibility to scale the legal function as operations grow.
You will report to the Founder as a senior member of the leadership team, providing pragmatic legal advice, shaping policy and processes, and guiding strategy and risk across a quick-moving, expanding business.
