* Deliver exceptional customer service to regular patrons and guests
* Ordering and stocktake
* Roster staff and complete time sheet approvals
* Daily troubleshooting
* Develop and train new and existing team members
* Manage and oversee a successful café and a range of functions and events on-site
* Rotating roster over 6 days - Monday to Saturday with the occasional Sunday
* Provide occasional support at ACMI and oversee venue operations when the Venue Manager is on leave.

About the Candidate
* Minimum 2 year in assistant management/ supervisory experience in a busy fast paced venue.
* Strong hands-on floor management experience, ideally within a premium à la carte restaurant.
* Confident learning and using POS systems, reservation systems and online ordering platforms
* Friendly personality, with a focus on providing top level customer service
* A passion for the hospitality industry
* Valid VIC RSA and bar/beverage knowledge
