With numerous projects commencing over the coming weeks and months, we are looking to connect with Site Managers who can hit the ground running and confidently manage site operations from start to finish.

The Role

- Coordinate and manage daily site activities
- Drive programme delivery and maintain project timelines
- Manage subcontractors and site resources
- Ensure compliance with WHS requirements and company standards
- Conduct site meetings and liaise with project stakeholders
- Maintain quality standards throughout project delivery
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Robust understanding of construction methodologies and safety requirements
- Proven experience managing commercial, retail fitout and/or new build projects
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficient in using industry-leading construction management software such as Procore, HammerTech or similar
- Ability to mobilise quickly for short-term contract assignments

Essential Requirements

- Current QBCC Supervisor Licence
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and safety requirements
- Proven experience managing commercial, retail fitout and/or new build projects

Desirable Skills

- Proficient in using industry-leading construction management software such as Procore, HammerTech or similar
- Ability to mobilise quickly for short-term contract assignments
