- Developing and coordinating suitable duties and return to work plans in consultation with employees, managers and medical professionals
- Acting as a key point of contact for injured employees, providing guidance and support throughout their recovery
- Managing workers' compensation claims in collaboration with insurance brokers, insurers and rehabilitation providers
- Ensuring compliance with relevant workers' compensation legislation across multiple states
- Maintaining accurate injury management records, claims documentation and reporting.
- Working closely with the National Safety Manager to identify injury trends and support early intervention initiatives
- Delivering practical training and guidance to managers and employees on injury management and return to work processes
- Supporting broader People & Culture activities, including recruitment, candidate sourcing and talent engagement

You will have:

- Previous experience in return-to-work coordination, injury management or workers' compensation or HR administration
- A good understanding of workers' compensation legislation and return to work requirements, ideally across multiple Australian states
- Experience working with insurers, insurance brokers, rehabilitation providers and treating practitioners
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with employees, managers and external stakeholders
- Excellent organisation, documentation and case management skills
- Experience with recruitment or talent acquisition would be advantageous, but is not essential
