You will have clinical autonomy within a predominantly private-billing environment supporting stronger earning potential without relying purely on higher patient volume. Established nursing, reception, administration, management, systems and technology support the consultation and the relationship at its centre.

A DPA exemption may be available for an eligible GP, subject to eligibility and approval. Part-time and full-time opportunities are available,



with days and sessions open to discussion.

About the practice

Relationship-based GPs can struggle in clinics built around transactional care. When speed and volume come first, there is less room to understand the whole person, provide continuity or deliver the follow-up that makes family medicine valuable.

HealthMint was created around a different patient experience. We want patients to feel comfortable and heard, confident they are in good hands and supported to take greater control of their health.

Our clinic serves young adults, parents, children and extended families from Cranbourne North, Clyde North, Berwick and surrounding growing communities.
