The Digital Transformation Agency is seeking experienced User Researchers for a 12‑month contract to help enhance BuyICT.gov.au and marketplace experiences. You will work with a team to understand user needs, behaviours and preferences to inform product and service design.

Candidates should have 4+ years of user research, robust analytical skills, and a passion for user-centred design. Knowledge of government procurement and Agile teams is helpful but not essential.
